Basic Spa Packages

Basic bookkeeping for smaller businesses which include categorizing all transactions, monthly reconciliation for all business accounts, provide end of the month financial reports, etc...

Mountain Packages

Basic bookkeeping for larger businesses which include categorizing all transactions, monthly reconciliation for all business accounts, provide end of the month financial reports, etc...

Ocean Packages

For businesses who need just a little more then basic bookkeeping . This package includes basic bookkeeping plus managing accounts payable and receivable.

Deluxe Packages

This package is for the businesses who needs a lot more than just the basics, such as class tracking, custom report or forms creation, tracking systems within in the business to help with organizatioin and reporting needs, payroll assistance, etc...

Add On Services

Not going to need everything that comes with the package. No problem! We have a variety of add on services to choose from. You can pay for the basic monthly bookkeeping cost (prices will vary due to revenue, number of accounts, and business type), and then choose from our add on service section. Give us a call, and we can discuss what would fit your needs best.

All packages will require a one time setup fee of and include unlimited email support. See package details for everything that is included in each package.

Rates/Services/Fees

Setup Fee

A one time fee which will include connecting accounts to software programs, setting up your chart of accounts, planning the initial organizing of the bookkeeping, etc. (If there are 2 months or more of back work to be done an additional clean up fee will apply)

Hourly Rate

Don't want to commit to a monthly package. No problem, we offer hourly rates with unlimited email support included. Other fees may apply and there is a $200 deposit up front. If the hourly charges do not go over the deposit you will be refunded the difference. (Minimum 1 hour of service)

Cleanup Projects

Sometimes you just need help catching everything up and then you will be fine after that. For those projects we are here to help get you caught up. (Minimum 1 hour of service)

Budget Creation

Struggling with creating a budget but do not need all the other bookkeeping services. We offer the add on of budget creation. (Minimum 1 hour of service)

Special Projects

Swamped with all the busy work of owning a business, but you have some particular projects that need to get done. Utilize our special projects services. We can help with a variety of projects you need to get done. (Minimum 1 hour of service)

Custom Report/Document Creation

Do you have a hard time creating forms, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents for your business? No problem we can create the perfect document for you! With years of experience creating all kinds of forms and documents we are here to help. (If it does not take the whole hour we can also bill in 15 minute intervals.)

Weekly Cash Flow Projection Calls

Have a package with us but want a more personal update on how your business is doing on a weekly basis. Utilize our weekly cash flow projection calls to see how the business is doing financially and brainstorm for ways to improve costs. (Minimum 1 hour of service.)

QuickBooks Online Setup and Training

Need help setting up QuickBooks Online? We can get you set up and running, so you can start keeping your business organized. We can also get your subscription at a discounted price, and help train you on the program! (This includes 4 hours of training. If you need more hours of training we can add an hourly rate after)
